Terms & Conditions

By creating an account and playing on Eldra, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Breaking these may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity.

1. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Staff will never ask for your password. Sharing your account is done at your own risk.
• No account selling - accounts cannot be sold, traded, or given away.
• No account sharing - your account is your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Gameplay Rules

• No RWT (Real World Trading) - trading accounts, items, or GP for real money is forbidden.
• No bots, macros, AHK, or automation software - play fair, no third-party tools.
• No exploiting or bug abuse - report bugs immediately; exploiting them may result in a ban.
• Respect other players - no harassment, racism, extreme toxicity, or griefing.
• No scamming - item, stake, or trust scams are not allowed.
• No multi-logging abuse - alts are fine, but not for unfair advantages (staking, PvP, etc.).
• PKing/PvM integrity - no unfair luring or rule-breaking strategies.
• Economy integrity - no duping, hoarding exploits, or unfair manipulation.
• Names & clan names - offensive usernames or clan names are not allowed.

3. Liability

• The server is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, safety, or reliability.
• We are not responsible for lost accounts, progress, or items caused by bugs, exploits, or downtime.

4. Enforcement

• Staff decisions are final.
• If you believe an action was taken unfairly, you may appeal through the proper channels.
• Respect toward staff and players is expected at all times.

5. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Players will be deemed to have accepted changes by continuing to use the server.
