Why do we store information?
Certain pieces of information are necessary for account management, moderation, and basic game functionality. We only collect the minimum information required to keep the server running smoothly and fairly.
What do we store?
- IP Addresses: Logged to help with moderation, detecting multi-logging abuse, and enforcing bans when necessary.
- Sign-up date: Used for in-game features (e.g., account age checks).
- In-game communications: Public, private, and clan chat logs are stored for moderation. These are only reviewed if there is a valid reason (such as an abuse report).
- In-game trades: Trade and drop-trade logs are recorded to prevent scamming and enable fair moderation.
- In-game commands & interactions: Certain actions (commands, PvP activity, wealth tracking) may be logged to detect abuse or exploits.
Note: We do not collect birthdays or unnecessary personal information.
Who has access to this data?
Only Teabag and Snozuf (server administrators) have access to stored data. No other staff or players are granted access.
What if I want my data removed?
You may request the removal of your data at any time. Please note that full removal requires deletion of your account.
Do you sell this information?
Absolutely not. We will never sell, rent, or trade your data. Any information collected is strictly for the operation and moderation of the server.
